Brad Harrison serves as Windward’s Chief Compliance Officer and Tax Manager, overseeing the firm’s regulatory responsibilities while providing integrated tax planning and preparation for clients. He believes income tax strategy is a vital part of wealth management, shaping the success of financial plans. Brad graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in accounting and holds CPA licenses in both Missouri and Kansas. Before joining Windward, he spent six years at Grant Thornton as a tax professional, gaining deep experience that now benefits Windward’s clients. Brad is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He and his wife, Cheyenne, live in Prairie Village, Kansas, with their two children. Outside of work, Brad enjoys traveling, playing sports, and spending time at the Lake of the Ozarks. His balance of technical skill and practical insight makes him a trusted advisor and leader at Windward.
