Visit AnnualCreditReport.com and click Request Your Free Credit Reports.
Follow the prompts and choose Equifax.
View or print your credit report for your records.
By Mail
Complete this Credit Report Request Form and select Equifax at the bottom.
Mail it to the address listed on the form.
Your credit report will arrive by mail.
